  5. Receive Your Documents

    Along with the car, you’ll receive all necessary paperwork, including the registration certificate (Carte Grise), certificate of administrative status, sale invoice, and other required documents.

We accept payment by bank transfer. This method ensures a secure and straightforward transaction. After selecting your vehicle, we will provide you with the bank details to complete your payment. The vehicle will be reserved for you once the transfer is confirmed.

Once your purchase is confirmed, we arrange for the vehicle to be delivered directly to your location. All vehicles are transported on a trailer to ensure safe and secure delivery.

We’ll coordinate a delivery time that works for you, and you’ll receive updates on the estimated arrival. Upon delivery, you’ll be asked to sign a delivery note confirming receipt of the vehicle. If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery process, our team is available to assist you every step of the way.

Delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location and the specific logistics involved. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date once your payment is confirmed, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back return policy on all vehicles purchased from us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your car, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, with no extra fees.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for the vehicle to be picked up. Once the car is returned and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.

Yes, we offer premium warranty.

  • Extensive coverage, same as a brand label.
  • No deductible for special uses.
  • Up to €30,000 in reimbursement in the event of a breakdown.
  • Valid in all repair garages in Europe.
  • The warranty contract will be sent to you by email in the days following the sale. 

*For vehicles less than 6 years old and less than 150,000 km. Excluding non-running vehicles, two-wheelers and vehicles intended for use as taxis, driving schools, ambulances, for shows, etc.

  • Vehicle Registration Certificate  – The car’s original registration, marked for sale or transfer.
  • Certificate of Administrative Status – Confirms the car is free of loans or liens (less than 15 days old).
  • Invoice or Sale Contract – Includes details about the buyer, seller, and vehicle.
  • Technical Inspection Certificate – Required for cars over 4 years old (recent inspection results provided).
  • Ownership Transfer Declaration – Official proof of transfer registered with the ANTS.
  • Delivery Note – Signed confirmation of vehicle delivery.
  • Vehicle History Documentation – Service records and repossession details if applicable.

The price you see includes VAT (Value Added Tax). However, the Insurance for transport fee is the buyer’s responsibility. We provide transport insurance to cover the vehicle during delivery. This is a one-time fee, typically ranging from €50 to €500, depending on the vehicle’s value and destination.

Yes, we take care of the registration transfer on your behalf. Once you purchase a vehicle, we ensure all the necessary paperwork is completed, including the transfer of ownership documents. This makes the process as simple and hassle-free for you as possible. We’ll handle the administrative steps, so you don’t need to worry about the details.
